Dr. Greg Johnson is an organizational psychologist and strategist with two decades of executive and experiential leadership in non-profit, higher education, and ministry organizations. Having led multiple successful turnarounds, Greg has become a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and boards of many kinds. In addition to earning a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a certificate in Business Strategy from Cornell University, Greg has received formal training in succession planning and character and leadership development.

As a Certified Working Genius Facilitator, Greg is further equipped to facilitate growth in how your team works together through meetings, tasks, and projects. The Working Genius assessment, produced by Patrick Lencioni and the Table Group, is 20% personality and 80% productivity. People who understand their genius show up to work happier, are more effective, and play well with others. Working Genius Certified Facilitators are equipped to analyze and apply results to help individuals and teams leverage Working Genius to be more innovative, strategic, and effective.
