Dr. Greg Johnson is an organizational psychologist with nearly two decades of executive and experiential leadership in non-profit, higher education, and ministry organizations, having led multiple successful turnarounds. A trusted advisor to C-suite executives and boards of many kinds, Greg has served several non-profit organizations in the board room. In addition to an earned Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and a certificate in Business Strategy from Cornell University, Greg has received formal coaching in succession planning.

Dr. Greg Johnson is an organizational psychologist who is passionate about organizational health. Greg has nearly two decades of experiential leadership in individual leadership growth, culture development, and strategy development, featuring roles that range from volunteer and worker bee to having a seat at the executive leadership and board tables. Armed with a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Greg has been trained in leadership development by senior members of the U.S. military and has received formal coaching in succession planning.

As a Certified Working Genius Facilitator, Greg is further equipped to facilitate growth in how your team works together through meetings, tasks, and projects. The Working Genius assessment, produced by Patrick Lencioni and the Table Group, is 20% personality and 80% productivity. People who understand their genius show up to work happier, are more effective, and play well with others. Working Genius Certified Facilitators are equipped to analyze and apply results to help individuals and teams leverage Working Genius to be more innovative, strategic, and effective.
